Dave Wills, Inc. has worked on other projects containing embedded systems for industrial and consumer applications. These developed embedded systems software systems include a custom or standard real-time operating system (RTOS), custom user interfaces, device drivers and communications protocols.
Shown here is an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) with an embedded Intel® 8051® core processor. It has various algorithms for sequencing power supplies during power up and down of battery-powered devices.
This joystick interface board interfaces the mechanical hardware to computer systems, providing 3-axis control and many other analog and digital interfaces. Interfaces to external systems use USB or RS-232.
